Objective:
The objective of the International FLM service by SITEL, is to become the leader in first line maintenance services mainly for companies with large telecommunication networks in Central, Eastern Europe and Balkan area.Our mission
is to provide FLM and/or remote hands services for clients that need this service in areas remote to them but where our own qualified, experienced and well trained technicians and engineers can be deployed or other proven technicians and engineer form our subcontractors.Furthermore our mission is also to unburden our clients with this service, as SITEL has more than 20 years of experience, so that they can focus on their core business, and not worry about their network.
Our vision
is to become the largest FLM and remote hands provider in Europe.
Our current service is being used in 12 European countries. However we are currently looking to expand even further
